The matter is put up  in Lok Adalat held today. 

                 Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

                 Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there is bonafide mistake on the part of the OP for which the impugned order was passed but in the spirit of Lok Adalat they are ready to deposit  Rs.20,000/-  with  the complainant without any sort of interest thereon or cost.

             In view of their submission the appeal is disposed of in the spirit of Lok Adalat with direction to OP No.1 to pay Rs.20,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today, failing which it will carry 12 % interest  on the said amount  from the date of impugned order till payment.

           The appeal is disposed of accordingly.

           The matter is settled in National Lok Adalat.
