Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant failing which necessary order as per law.

Complainant side has not filed show cause.  No step has been taken by the complainant side.  On call complainant is found absent.  From the case record it appears that on last two dates the complainant was found absent.  All these factors are clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this district commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
