Today is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant.

But the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant prays for time.

No objection is raised by the Ld. Advocate representing of OP 2 and 3.

As such 28.02.2022 is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant files an application for amendment with copy to the other side. The said application is registered as MA/24/2022 with the consent of the Ld. Advocate of both sides.

The petition is taken up for hearing. The Ld. Advocate of the OP abstains from raising any objection to the prayer for amendment. A perusal of the petition also reveals that the amendment sought for is very formal in nature and as such the amendment petition is allowed.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended complaint by 28.02.2022.

The MA/24/2022  is thus disposed of.

The Ld. Advocate Mr. Manoj Chakraborty appears at the stage and prays for scope to file W/V.  The case is therefore taken off from the stage of evidence. In view of the prevalent legal position as enunciated by the Hon’ble Apex Court scope is required to extended to OP 1 for filing W/V till 28.02.2022.

28.02.2022 is fixed for filing W/V by OP 1 and also for filing amended complaint by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
