Final Order / Judgement The complainant be and the same is aloowed exparte under section 13(2)(b)(ii) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 as amended so far, against OP-1 rep by Debjit Banik and OP-2 is expunged on contest from any liberty towards the complainant. That the Op-2 is directed to refund Rs 10,15,000/- with 18 Percent from the date of agreement, i.e 28/7/13 till actual realization to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this Judgment. That the OP-1 is directed to pay Rs 50,000/- as compensation for physical harssment and mental agony, to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order. Non compliance of above orders within the stipulated time by Op-1 shall attract punitive damage at the rate Rs 100/- per day to be calculated after the expary of stipulated time to be deposited with the related State govt Account
