Final Order / Judgement Compt. files hazira. Today is fixed for adm. hearing. On perusal of records and after going through the documents and complaint. It appears that the ptr. os a Developer named of Nilachal Developer and proprietory firm and the op is the intending flat purchaser. Therefore, as per consumer Protection Act’1986 . The Developer is a businessman and he is not a consumer. Hence ordered that the CC 90 of 17 is dismissed being not admitted.
