Case is taken up on the strength of advance petition filed by the Petitioner for consideration of accompanied withdrawal petition.

                                         Heard the Complainant who submitted that since the subject matter of the case has already been amicably settled between the Parties he does not like to proceed with the case any further.

                                         In such a position of case we do not like to proceed further with the case. Accordingly the present Execution Misc. case is dropped.
