ORDER

           Heard Mr. A. Dutta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petition in the application for condonation of delay. Ms. R. Rangmei has entered appearance on behalf of the opposite party and she has fairly submitted the she has no objection to the prayer for condonation of delay.

           We have seen the explanation given in the petition as to how the petitioner was prevented from filing the connected appeal in time and we are satisfied with the grounds set forth in the condonation application. Accordingly, the delay of 50 days is hereby condoned.

           The Misc case stands disposed.

           The main case shall be given numbered and matter shall be listed on 19/03/2012.
