CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 1145  OF  2019

ORDER

     The matter between the parties has been settled. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Vikesh Goel, Admin Officer/Head of OP has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OP shall pay an amount of Rs.41,000/- to the complainant within a period of 15 days from today failing which the OP shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint. Vide her separate statement, the complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of OP and prayed that the complaint be disposed off in terms of aforesaid settlement.

     In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed off by passing the following order:-

     (i)  The OP shall pay an amount of Rs.41,000/- to the     complainant within a period of 15 days from today.

     (ii) In case OP fails to pay the aforesaid amount    within the stipulated period, then OP shall be liable to   pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 12% p.a.     from the date of filing of present consumer complaint i.e. 27.12.2019 till its realization.

     The complaint is disposed off accordingly.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
