Statement of Sh.Vikesh Goel s/o Sh.Balmukand Goel, aged 52 years, Admin Officer/Head of Opposite Parties(OPs)-Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, SCO 369-370, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh.

Stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OPs shall pay an amount of Rs.35,000/- to the complainant within a period of 20 days from today failing which the OPs shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint.
