CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 568  OF  2020

AWARD

1.        Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.04.2023, Sh.Vikesh Goel, Admin Officer/Head of OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OPs shall pay an amount of Rs.58,000/- to the complainant in full & final settlement of the present matter within a period of 30 days from 19.04.2023 failing which the OPs shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint. Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.04.2023, Sh.Gurinder Bir Singh, Father and Natural Guardian of Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Vikesh Goel, Admin Officer/Head of OPs and prayed that the complaint be disposed off in terms of aforesaid settlement.

2.        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed off by passing the following order:-

     (i)  The OPs shall pay an amount of Rs.58,000/- to   the complainant within a period of 30 days from   19.04.2023.

     (ii) In case OPs fail to pay the aforesaid amount    within the stipulated period, then OPs shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a.      from the date of filing of present consumer complaint     i.e. 03.12.2020 till its realization.

3.        The award is accordingly passed.

4.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
