ORDER

     At this stage, parties have been asked by this Commission for the settlement of the dispute amicably for which they are ready. Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Varun Goyal, Advocate for Complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.5000/- from OP No.1 through its representative Sh.Vikesh Goel, Admin Head, through google pay towards full & final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
