The main allegation of the complainant is that through he is a consumer of the Opposite Parties but the Op.No.1 is not supplying the refilling Gas cylinder to him timely for which the complainant put to severe mental, physical and financial harassment.

Despite notice, the Ops choose not to contest the case.

          Keeping in view the undisputed allegation of the complainant, We directed the Opposite Party No. 1 to supply the refilling Gas cylinder to the complainant under the provisions of section 3 & 7 of Essential Commodities Act read with provision of the Order 9(C) of the liquefied petroleum Gas Regulation of (Supply & distribution) Order 2000 failing which, the Consumer / Complainant is at liberty to execute the said order under Section 27 of C.P. Act., 1986.

           The Complaint case is disposed of accordingly.
