Mr. P. Agarwal, learned counsel, for the revision petitioner is present. In this revision petition order dated 20-2-2023 passed in C.P.C. No. 96/2014 is put under challenge wherein against the prayer of the present petitioner for expunging the evidence on record of one Apurba Lal Singha, official of the present revision petitioner, was rejected thereby directing the present revision petitioner to take steps afresh by issuing notice to the said Apurba Lal Singha. The revision petitioner complied the said direction after seeking the leave of the learned Commission below on 29-5-2023 to take steps vide petition No. 2355/23. The direction given in the order impugned was duly complied with, as such, there is no cause of action in order to file this revision petition and as such, the same is dismissed on withdrawal.

                        The learned Commission below shall proceed further accordingly.
