Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing copy of sale deed and copy of IGR.

Copy of deed is filed on behalf of the complainant along with an application for withdrawal of the case on the ground stated therein. The Ld. Advocate on both sides are also present. Heard both sides.

It appears that for getting a deed executed and registered in respect to the property in question the complainant filed this case on 07.12.2020. Since the execution and registration of sale deed has, in the meanwhile, been made, the complainant does not want to proceed with the case. It is the complainant who set law in motion and it is prerogative that he can back out at any stage of proceedings. Therefore, the prayer of the complainant should receive a note of approval.

Hence it is ordered that the case is disposed of as withdrawn.

The complainant will get back the documents he has filed in support of his documents.

The parties will get a copy of this order free of cost.
