              The Judgement was passed on 25-06-2009 and the certified copy obtained on 20-07-2009 and the appeal was filed on 24-08-2009. The condonation petitioner has shown the delay as 3 days. The learned counsel for the opposite party has accepted the statement of the condonation petitioner so far the delay is concerned. The opposite party wanted to file objection and sought for another date for the same but later on agreed not to purse the matter in the interest of deciding the merit of the appeal petition in time. In view of that the delay is condoned.
