Today is fixed for hearing of ptn dt 28-2-18 filed by the compt on 15-2-18 was fixed for e/c by the op. On that  date  no steps  was taken by the complainant and the case is dismissed  for default as the complainant  files ptn  praying for setting aside the order dt 15-2-18 ans that ptn was kept with the record for hearing the ptn.

Thereafter the case was fixed on 16-3-18, 25-5-18, 27-7-18 and on 13-9-18. It is seen from the record that the compt was absent on calls and no steps taken on 27-7-18 and 13-9-18 and again the case is fixed for hearing today.
