Parties are present. The complainant alleges that the O.P has taken a sum of Rs.20,000/-over and above his actual dues and didnot provide money receipt. She O.P admitted that he has actually received a sum of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) only in excess of his actual dues and undertakes to return it on 20.12.2022. The complainant agreed to receive Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand)only from the O.P and settle the case. The case is accordingly closed. The undertaking given by the O.P forms part of this order.
