The Ld. Agent for the Complainant files a verified petition praying for disposing the case on the ground that he is not willing to proceed as because the case has been compromised.

Heard the Ld. Agent and the Complainant present. The Complainant submits that he is not willing to proceed with the case.

The petition filed by the O.P along with satisfaction letter on 14/08/2007 is put up and heard.

In such circumstance the prayers would be allowed.

The prayers are allowed and in the result the case stands dismissed for non-prosecution on compromise.
