Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

            Mr. P.K. Mishra , learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that interim order has been passed by not giving opportunity to the present petitioner of being heard. He also submitted that the interim order passed to continue till disposal of the complaint case.

           He further submitted to set aside the interim order and allow the petitioner to participate in the hearing of interim petition.

           Considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

           Perused the interim order dated 13.12.2021.

            The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Commission and file objection to the interim application, objection if not filed and the learned District Commission would do well to hear both the parties and pass order on the interim petition afresh within 30 days from the date of this order or bench is constituted whichever is later.  The interim order shall continue till dated 13.12.2021.

            Review petition is disposed of.
