                        The complainant  has files a memo stating therein that the Opp.Party has already paid Rs.11,000/-  and  out of balance claim amount of Rs.10,000/- the O.p has paid aRs.8,000/- to the complainant  as per the direction of the Forum and the petitioner is fully satisfied  and do not want to proceed further and prayed to close the case.

                        Perused the document and heard the complainant. In view of the above submission of the complainant, the complaint is hereby closed and disposed of accordingly.  Send copy of order to the parties.
