Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant. This case is taken up for consideration of show-cause.

The case is taken up for consideration at 12.25 p.m. and against at 02.25 p.m.

At the above noted two times the complainant is found absent. On call nobody appears for the complainant. No show-cause has been filed.

The conduct of the complainant is clear indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with the case. So, this commission has no other alternative but to dismiss the case for non-compliance of the order of this commission.

In the result, hence,

that this complaint case no.354/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this commission.
