By way of present review petition filed under Section 22 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, petitioners have sought review of order dated 20.7.2012 passed by this Commission. Alongwith review petition, appellants have filed application for stay. We have perused the review petition and have gone through the record. The impugned order was passed on 20.7.2012, whereas the review petition has been filed on 7.9.2012, i.e. beyond the period of limitation. On the ground of limitation, the present review is liable to be dismissed. Even on merits, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record which calls for review of the order dated 20.7.2012 passed by this Commission. Hence, the review petition as well as application for stay, are hereby dismissed.
