                     Perused the complainant petition and documents filed by the complainant. Adv. For complainant present. Heard . The complainant has stated in his petition that the cause of action for the present case aroused on 20/05/2016 . Verification of documents show that the water purifier purchased on 12/03/2016 . As per warranty card. Warrantee continues from 12/03/2016 to 11/03/2017 complainant has stated on 20/05/2016 he asked the OP to replace the water purifier  but the OP refused to do the same. So from 20/05/2016 and within 11/03/2017 the complainant. Before this forum for his Redressal but he has come up on 18/07/2017 to file the case which date is beyond the warranty period.

                       Therefore in view of above discussion we have hold that the complainant. Is barred by limitation. Hence we do not admit it and accordingly the same is dismissed.
