Today is fixed for filing evidence by the complainant.

But the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files an application for addition of party on the ground that inadvertently the name of the land owners could not find place in the body of the complaint. The said application is registered as MA/283/2022. Copy of the application is given to the Ld. Advocate of the OP. The Ld. Advocate appearing for the OPs does not give any objection and consequently the petition is taken up for hearing. After hearing the Ld. Advocates on both sides and perusing the petition we find it fit to allow the MA with direction to the Ld. Advocate of the complainant to file amended complaint by the next date.

As such, 02.03.2023 is fixed for filing amended complaint.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is also directed to issue notice to the added parties fixing 02.03.2023 for their appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice. He will accompany the copies of documents with the notice.

The MA/283/2022 is thus disposed of.
