Ld. Commissioner has also submitted report along with papers of registration and execution of the deed of conveyance.  Copy annexed.

On close examination of the commission report and its connected papers it appears that execution and registration of the deed of conveyance has already been done and so the award passed in this case has been completed.

In view of this position this commission has no other alternative but to drop this execution case.  So this execution appeal case be and the same is dropped jon full satisfaction.
