Both sides are present on call. In spite of repeated intimations of notice sent to the complainant he has preferred to remain absent to pursue the case. The complainant was duly notified by this Commission and on the postal remarks in the S/r it appears that the service could be duly completed. It is next to impossible to proceed with the case due to repeated absence of the complainant.

As such, the case is dismissed for default.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
