Order no.  1,  dt. 09.09.2023.

This case record is placed before the National Lok Adalat with a view to settle the dispute amicably  in between the parties. 

On careful consideration of record it reveals that on 8.8.2023 a petition has already been advanced by the complainant Sudhanshu Ranjan Bhattacharya by agitating that the matter in issue has already been settled between the parties and accordingly a money receipt and a copy of draft on Indian Bank has been filed on behalf of complainant.

Today both parties are found present and on being asked they are agreed to comply with the petition advance dated.8.8.2023.

In these attending facts and circumstances, let the case be dropped on agreement in between the parties.

That the C.C. case no.83/2019 be and the same be disposed of on the petition dated.8.8.2023 on consent of both parties.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
