ORDER

Order No.  8  dated  14/10/2014

Record is put up for order in respect of interim petition filed by complainant on 11/09/2014 along with the objection filed by o.p.s 2 and 4 thereto.

Upon considering the submission of the parties appeared before this Forum and on careful scrutiny of the said petition along with its objection, we are of the view that interim petition cannot deserve consideration since the complainant prayed to direct the o.p.s to arrange for medical treatment on cashless basis.

Complainant did not mention anything whether the said treatment be in the o.p.s or by admission in the hospital.

Without mentioning any specific mode of treatment as stated above since any type of treatment in the OPD and cost incurred for that is not supposed to be paid by the o.p.s.

Besides above in the interim petition the complainant mentioned a no. of annexure, which ought to have been annexed with the same petition to make itself content which is absolutely necessity for proper adjudication of the matter.

Under such circumstances this interim petition is rejected on contest and thus the petition is disposed of.
