Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing of the MA/145/2022 and also for show cause by the complainant.

But the complainant is absent without steps and no show cause is filed. None appears to move the MA/145/2022. It seems to us that the complainant has interest to proceed with the case and it is not possible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.

The MA/145/2022 is consequently dismissed; but there will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
