Petitioner is represented by the Ld. advocate.

The case is taken up of admission hearing.

At the time hearing Ld. advocate of the petitioner submit that 05.09.2024 was fixed for filing W/V by the Pro-OP who is petitioner of this case. He further submits that due to traffic jam on that day conducting advocate of the Pro-OP was not able to attend this Commission in time. He further submits that due to non taking of steps by the Pro-OP in time the case was called on for hearing and passed an order against the Pro-OP fixing for ex-parte hearing against the Pro-OP.

Having hearing the Ld. advocate of the Petitioner and on perusal of the order no. 12 dt. 05.09.2024 passed in Consumer Case no. 22 of 2024. It appears that due to non filing of WV on that very day the case was fixed for hearing on ex-parte against the present petitioner. But now they are intending to contest the CC/22/2024.

As the present petitioner is pro-OP of the CC/22/2024 for the proper adjudication of that case their appearance is very much necessary therefore the review application is hereby allowed and to avoid unnecessary delay there is no need to appear of the OPs in this case.

The present petitioner is giving liberty to appear before this Commission on 14.11.2024 and also giving liberty to file their WV on that day.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

That the instant review application being no. 05 of 2024 is hereby dropped.

The petitioner is giving liberty to appear before this Commission in connection with CC/22/2024 on 14.11.2024 and permitted to file their WV on that date. Inform all concerned.
