Main contention of Ld. Advocate appearing for OP 6 to 9 is that though at the material point of time said OPs were involved with the Mounthill Realty Pvt. Ltd. but at present said OPs are not involved with the said Mounthill Realty Pvt. Ltd. and as such they are not involved at all with that Company and to that effect he has prayed for expunging the name of the OP 6 to 9 as arrayed in the cause title of petition of Complaint of CC 398/2020.

Ld. Counsel appearing for the OP/Complainant raised vehement objection.

Facts remain that at this early stage to make any final decision on this score will be a pre-judging decision and as such it will be just and proper to reject the said prayer of the OP 6, 7, 8 and 9 and accordingly this Commission is doing that.

In the result the instant MA, being no. 115/2023 is disposed of.
