Heard Mr. J.C. Gaur, learned counsel, appearing for the revision petitioner and Mr. S. Sancheti appearing for the respondnet.

            This revision petition is field against the order dated 28-8-2014 whereby prayer of the opposite party for vacating the ex-parte order was rejected by the District Forum, Kamrup.

            We have gone through the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. We find that at this stage, for such a matter, calling for records would be wastage of time only. When the opposite party have a cause and wants to agitate the same, in the best interest of justice and procedure, we have to allow the revision petition. It is allowed. However, we direct the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 1000/- as cost to the respondent/complainant.

            Parties are directed to appear before the District Forum on the date fixed by the District Forum. The amount awarded is to be paid in the first date before the District Forum.
