The complainant/applicant  Shri Sitangshu Ranjan Das  is present today and he vide petition no-909/18 prays for paying him awarded amount i.e. Rs.22,22,944/- (Rupees twenty two  lakhs twenty two thousand nine hundred fourty four) only  as directed by the Hon’ble State Commission  vide its  judgment dtd. 20/03/2017 passed in Appeal No-41/2011 which has arisen from  judgment of this forum dtd. 27/06/2011 passed in Complaint Petition  Case No-10/2010 .  The complainant is identified by his counsel ld advocate Mr Sudama Chouhan  who is present today before this forum . The petition is allowed . Issue cheque to the complainant /applicant  Sri  Sitangshu Ranjan Das   to the tune of Rs.22,22,944/-  which had originally  been deposited by opp. party  -Sr. Postmaster General of Guwahati  Post Office on behalf of Union of India and 6 others . The opp.  parties of CPC No-10 of 2010 vide Cheque No-625651 dtd. 07/06/2018 SBI  in compliance  with order of the Hon’ble State Commission dtd. 20/03/2017 passed in F.A No-41/2011.
