Order No.3, dated 19/01/2006.

The Ld. Agent for the Complainant is present by filing hazira.

Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission of the complaint.

Perused the complaint and heard the Ld. Agent of the Complainant. Considered.

Under the provision of the C.P. Act, 1986 a complaint, filed by a consumer only shall be admitted, if any deficiency in service is caused against him by the service provider. But in the present case, the complainant is the service provider and the O.Ps are consumers as they have hired service from the Complainant by paying consideration money, as wanted in the complaint.

Therefore, the present complaint is not admission as not maintainable under the C.P. Act, 1986.
