Complainant files hazira through his Ld. Advocate and to submit a petition along with affidavit praying for withdrawal the instant case.

            It appears that the complainant has prayed for withdrawal the instant consumer case on the ground that he has already amicably settled with the O.P through intervention of local respectable persons.

            Copy be kept with the case record.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the prayer of the complainant is allowed.
