Today is fixed for compliance of order of this Forum by the judgement debtor.

            Decree holder appears in person and he files two receipts in respect of receiving the decreetal amount. In a petition he withdraws an amount of Rs.50000/- deposited by the judgement debtor on 17.01.2017 and kept in the office custody for disburse to the decree holder. In another receipt he received a sum of Rs.154700/ in cash from the judgement Debtor on full and final satisfaction. He files a Xerox copy of self attested voters identity card as a proof of his identity. He is also identified by his advocate. The decree holder assailed that he has no objection if the Execution appeal being No.10/2014 is disposed on full and final satisfaction and he has no other claim against the judgement debtor.

        Hence it is ordered that the EA case being No.10/2014 arising out of C.C. case being No.57/2012 be disposed of being full and final satisfaction. The judgement debtor is discharged from this execution proceeding. 

       Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied free of cost to the parties/their Ld. Advocates/Agents on record by hand under proper acknowledgement/ sent by ordinary Post for information & necessary action.
