Ld. Advocate for the Appellant and the Respondent in person are present.  The delay condonation petition of the Appellant is taken up for consideration.  Ld. Advocate for the Appellant submits that for procedural reasons, there has been a delay of about 67 days.  Office calculation, however, runs at 69 days beyond the statutory period of 30 days.  Considering the contentions as made in the petition for condonation of delay, we do not find enough cogent reason to accede to such prayer.  Accordingly, the delay condonation petition stands disallowed.  Consequently, the appeal is dismissed being barred by limitation.
