Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present.

        This revision is directed against the ex parte interim order dated 15.1.2019 passed by the learned District Forum,   Balasore   in C.C.No. 03 of 2019.

         It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meanwhile the revision petitioner representing OPs 1 and 2 before the learned District Forum have filed objection to the interim application.

         Since objection to the interim application has been filed, the interim application is required to be disposed of within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of the impugned order. In response to the objection filed, the District Forum has to pass an order either vacating the ex parte interim order or making the order absolute. This revision has become redundant.

        In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this revision and, accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
