                              This complaint coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.Y.Sreenivasulu, Advocate, Kurnool, for complainant, and Sri.B.V.Ramana Reddy, Advocate, Kurnool for opposite party 1 and Sri.P.Siva Sudharshan, Advocate, Kurnool for opposite party No.2 and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following:-
