It appears from the record that Gretex Corporate Services Limited is the complainant in the case. The case of the complainant is that it being a company purchased an office space/commercial unit being no. 506 on the 5th Floor having super-built up area of 1625 Sqft. at Premises No. 90, Phears Lane, Kolkata –  700 012 together with four open car parking space vide deed of conveyance dated 06/06/2016 but the opposite parties have failed and neglected to handover the car parking space to the complainant till date, despite several requests.

A photo copy of the deed of conveyance is annexed with the complaint.

It is crystal clear from the averment made in the complaint that the complainant being a company purchased a office space/commercial unit along with four car parking space at Premises No. 90, Phears Lane, Kolkata- 700012 for the purpose of commercial use.

Therefore, it is apparent on the face of the record that the complainant is not a consumer in terms of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act,2019.

In view of the above discussion, the instant complaint case cannot be admitted.

Hence, it is

                                                            O R D E R E D

That the complaint case be and the same is dismissed without any cost.
