JUDGMENT
HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT
The petitioners have filed I.A. No. 202/2023 seeking to withdraw this appeal for the reason that the dispute in this appeal has been settled among the parties. It is stated that as per the settlement an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been paid to the respondent/complainant. He has also been allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited as condition for the grant of stay from this Commission by the appellants before the District Commission.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties outside court, the request is accepted. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellants shall be entitled to refund of the amount of statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- that is remaining before this Commission, on proper acknowledgment.
The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited before the District Commission as condition for the grant of stay shall be disbursed to the respondent/complainant.
