            Complainant absent today also and there is no representation.  Exparte evidence not adduced though sufficient opportunity was granted.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interest in prosecuting the complaint.  One document filed along with the complaint is invoice which is not sufficient to prove any deficiency in service or any unfair trade practice on the part of the opposite party.  In the circumstances we are inclined to dismiss the complaint for want of evidence.

            In the result complaint stands dismissed.

            No costs.
