Today is fixed for final hearing.

          None of the parties are present.

          It appears from the record that the complainant was present on 16.11.2022 for the last time. Complainant did not take steps on 18.01.2023.

          It would not be out of place to mention that the complainant did not file any bank statement as per order of this Commission.

          So, it appears that the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case.

          Accordingly, CC/105/2018 is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this Commission. There shall be no order as to the costs.
