ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheet of paper today. Complaint is allowed as under: 1. O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 1-10-1999 till the date of payment. 2. O.P. is further directed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 15% p.a. from 31-3-2000 till the date of payment. 3. Both amounts shall be paid within period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. As O.P. has not contested the matter, no cost is awarded. Send certified copy of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
