            Smt. Renuka Kunjumon has filed this complaint before the Forum, alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties, by way of purposeful denial of repayment of the fixed deposit amount of Rs.19,500/- Rupees nineteen thousand and five hundred only)  together with interest in time.   Since there was no positive steps to get the amount, she has filed this complaint.    The matter was posted to 14.10.2011 for hearing.    When the case is called for, the complainant was present in the Forum.  Opposite parties entered appearance.  We have heard the matte in detail.   At that time complainant and the opposite parties had jointly filed a memo, stating that they have reached in a settlement.  As per the terms of the settlement, opposite parties are admitting the amount of Rs.24,000/- payable to the complainant and the amount will be released by the opposite parties to the complainant within 6 months together with interest.  The opposite parties have jointly admitted that in case any default, on the side of the opposite parties, the complainant is free to proceed against the assets of the opposite parties for the  realization of the said amounts with interest.

 In the light of the above terms and conditions, we are of the view that the matter need not be proceed further.  Hence the matter closed as above.
