            SRri.Ajayakumar.V.H. has filed this complaint before the Forum, alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties, by way of purposeful denial of repayment of the fixed deposit amount of Rs.2,01,000/- together with interest in time.   Since there was no positive steps to get the amount, she has filed this complaint.    The matter was posted to 29.10.2011 for hearing.    When the case is called for, the complainant was present in the Forum. Opposite parties entered appearance. We have heard the matte in detail.   At that time complainant and the opposite parties had jointly filed a memo, stating that they have reached in a settlement. As per the terms of the settlement, opposite parties are admitting the amount of Rs.2,01,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and one thousand only) payable to the complainant and the amount will be released to the complainant within 6 months together with interest @ 6% per annum. The opposite parties have jointly admitted that in case any default in repayment on the side of the opposite parties, the complainant is free to proceed against the assets of the opposite parties for the realization of the amounts.

 In the light of the above terms and conditions, we are of the view that the matter need not be proceed further. Hence the matter closed as above.
