Today the matter is posted for settlement. At the time of taking the matter regarding the settlement, the complainant and the opposite parties filed a settlement memo signed by both parties and the advocates appearing for both parties. In the settlement memo filed, it is stated that the opposite parties are admitting the matter that the complainant is entitled to get a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) from the opposite parties, and opposite parties are fully agreed that they will settle the issues within 6 months and further stated that in case any default, the complainant is free to proceed over the scheduled attachment property to recover the amount with 8% interest per annum.
In the light of the above agreement, the complaint is closed, settled out of Court.
