Today the matter is posted for version / settlement. When the case is posted for complainant and the opposite parties are jointly filed a settlement Memo stating that the matter is settled out of Court. In the memo, it is stated that the opposite parties shall settle the matter within 6 months by paying the amount to the complainant. It is further stated that in case, any default, the complainant is free to proceed against the schedule attached property for the realization of the amounts with 6% interest per annum.
In the light of the above settlement terms, the complaint is dismissed as settled.
Matter closed.
