ORDER

O R D E R The prayer of the decree holder is to get the order in O.P.50/2004 transferred to the file of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvananthapuram for execution. Notice was issued to Judgment Debtor but returned unserved with an endorsement addressee left Petitioner heard today. The judgement debtor has no property within the local limits of jurisdiction of this Forum. He is actually and voluntarily resides and carries on business within the jurisdiction of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvananthapuram. In the light of the above facts and circumstances the forum feels that the prayer of the petitioner to transfer the order is proper and justifiable to allow and do hereby transfer the order in OP.50/2004 to the file of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvananthapuram for the execution of the order as per the provisions of Consumer Protection Act. Decree holder should appear before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvananthapuram on 7.7.2008.
