Today is fixed for hearing submission of other OPs and passing final order. 

It was noted in the previous order that as per submission of the ld. advocate for the complainant side the complainant has already received electric meter in respect of his flat.  But on that date the other OPs were found absent.  Today all OPs are found present. The case was referred to mediation and the mediation was successful and the parties were requested to take necessary steps in this regard as soon as possible.  The complainant side expresses today that so far as the complaint petition is concerned.  The complainant side does not have any further grievance.  In view of the same the instant CC case stands dropped.
